 If instock parts,the can be shipped out in few days. If custom optics need a new run,it depends on the manufacturing difficulity and quantity to order.  The general lead time is 4weeks, the definite lead time will be indicated in the quotation and your order will be shipped out accordingly.
Our quotation is based on EXW or FCA Fuzhou term. The frequently used shipping carrier are UPS, Fedex or DHL, other carrier is also available per your request. We prefer customer to provide the freight collected account. Or,we will choose one most efficient and economical express service for your order. Freight can be prepaid,then added to your invoice for payment. So, if you have an account for freight collect, please notice it in your purchase order.

The payments can be made by Wire Transfer. The term is net 30 days for regular customers.
In usual, if it is the first time cooperation with each other, we need 100% prepayment by wire transfer.

All of optical components shipped from Devotop are fully inspected and qualified to meet your requirements.

Pls contact our sales immediately. We will provide you a RMA number to return faulty products to Devotop, and we'll inspect them and make free replacements for you.

All products are guaranteed to be in specifications in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months after shipment. We do not assume liability for installation, labor or consequential damages. Devotop reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at our option. This warranty is not suitable for failure of the products due to misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect. Our liability is limited to the order value.
